Rent Payment Made Simple....


Although our office is open 7 days a week for convenience, we know it's still hard to drop off your rent payment. Here is an easy, simple way to make your payment without having to leave the office or home!!

Get started by:
1. Call our office at (913.381.7020) to get your Resident I.D. number.
2. Visit Rentpayment.com and click the Pay Rent button
3. Search for you Property and confirm selection by name, addresss or phone
number
4. Enter your personal information and select Setup AutoPay or Make a One-
Time Payment. Please note that if you choose a One-Time Payment
you will be charged a convenience fee of $24.95. If you select Auto-
Pay, this is a recurring monthly direct debit from your bank account.
There is no convenience fee if you choose Auto-Pay.
